03 / REQUEST EXAMPLE

Retrieve information using a YouTube video ID

Replace YOUR_YOUTUBE_VIDEO_ID with a real video ID. This endpoint uses video_id; channel and playlist endpoints require their respective identifiers.

cURLPOST · JSON
curl --request POST 'https://api.getoneapi.com/api/youtube/fetch_video_detail' \
  --header 'Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY' \
  --header 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  --data '{
  "video_id" : "YOUR_YOUTUBE_VIDEO_ID"
}'

Replace YOUR_API_KEY and the content placeholders with real values. This example uses cURL shell syntax; the Apifox docs provide Windows, Python and other examples. Live requests are billed according to your account configuration.

04 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can video_id, channel_id and playlist identifiers be used interchangeably?

No. They identify different resources. This example queries a video using video_id; check separate documentation for channels and playlists.

Can I reuse a request from Google’s official YouTube API?

Do not assume compatibility. OneAPI is a third-party service with authentication, endpoints and parameters defined in its own public documentation.
